 * Hi, I just dated up to 4.8 and now on Admin-Backend (Dashbord) all the toggle-
indicators (small triangles) do not work. No texts or blocks are collapsed or
   expandedwhen triggering them.
What may be wrong here? I tested with Googe-chrome,
firefox and IE (all latest versions) and got same behaviour on all browsers.

 * 1. Try clearing your browser cache, or at least hitting Ctrl+F5 on that page.
 * 2. Check for JavaScript errors by hitting F12 and selecting the Console tab.

 * Script errors caused by a plugin or a theme may prevent the toggles from working.
