Do you have an optimization plugin installed on your site, like caching plugin? If you do, does the plugin has a feature to merge JavaScript file or such? If it does, please try disabling that feature. See if the Toggle Button is working.

Hello, i turned off the async javascript and autooptimize, but i still cant click the toggle menu.

Toggle menu only can use at cart page
Hey,
you can uncheck all the options that are on “JS, CSS & HTML” page of Autoptimize plugin, then enable one by one to check if your site works normally.
Also, do not forget to clear cache as you are doing that.
it’s likely due to AsyncJS, which is asyncing jQuery, making it (sometimes) available too late 🙂

Apart from that, I don’t think the Header is created using the default Astra Header.
