# Toggle not Closing

 * I am using the knowledgebase theme with the Ultimate FAQ plugin. 2 issues. The
   FAW is not closing when I click on the icon. These is in both Chrome and IE. 
   Also in IE version 11.0.5 the icons are showing as letters instead of the plus
   sign. Can you help me?

 * Can you try adding this CSS to the Custom CSS section (in “Settings”->”Basic”):
 *     ```
       .ewd-ufaq-hidden {
           display: none!important;
       }
   
       .ewd-ufaq-post-margin-symbol, .ewd-ufaq-toggle-all-symbol {
           font-family: 'ewd-toggle-icon'!important;
       }
       ```

 * yes that worked perfect for the toggle closing – Thank you. Do you know about
   other issue of the letter showing instead of icon in IE?

 * We just tested in IE 11 and the icons were appearing for us:

 * So in this case, we would suggest:
 * 1) Clearing your IE browser cache
 * 2) Try checking the site in IE on another computer, in case there’s an add-on(
   for IE) installed on your computer that’s conflicting with how the website is
   loading (like an addblocker…etc).
