# Token not refreshing

 * For the past two months, we’ve been having trouble with the plugin failing to
   refresh its token. Disconnecting and reconnecting does fix the issue temporarily,
   only for it to break again within a week or two.
   Here’s the logs from the most
   recent disconnect:

 * Definitely understand any frustration here and we’re always trying to find ways
   to avoid this topic.
 * If you haven’t yet, we recommend updating to 2.13.0 as it has this specific changelog
   line:
    - Updated: Adjusted details around cron jobs related to API token tasks.
 * We’re hopeful that this change will help around the topic of token refreshing
   more consistently.

 * Hopefully the issue of needing to manually renew dissipates or turns into a much
   less frequent issue, for yourself and all of the other users of the plugin.
