    Hey @danny1212,

    That’s really interesting that you think Formidable Pro is too expensive. What are you comparing it to? I’ve recently gone through the process of finding a new forms plugin and I’ve gotta say that FP seems like very good value to me when I compared it against other advanced forms.

    I’m sorry to hear you feel that way. Our prices won’t be going down, but the features in our free version are constantly under review. Specifically, what features are you looking for in the free version?

    These are what i found they all have just about the same features

    Formidable Pro $49

    VFB Pro $29 – free version is great for most sites.

    NEX-Forms $33

    ACF Form Builder $24

    FORM MAKER $30 free version stinks but pro is great

    Quform $29

    Gravity Forms $39

    Whats missing from free version? Basic stuff like Phone number, address, date, number.

    You can’t make a decent contact form for a basic site without Phone and address. The free version is just junk to get people to buy the pro version. Most of the other form plug ins you can a least make a simple form.

    The phone and number fields are on the table for a move to the free version. But did you know you can use text fields for phone numbers and other numbers? You can definitely create a contact form with the free version. You can use the included contact form template as a starting point.

    We plan to keep the pre-built address field in Pro. But you can put together your own address field using the single fields.
