 * I just wanted a simple subscriber signup form, so I chose one of the “beautiful”(
not) templates, but when I preview the form it’s just a plain screen showing
the email field and submit button – no template. Can’t figure out how to do anything
beyond that. I’ll just go back to my Contact Form 7 and do what I need another
   way.

 * Thank you for sharing your experience. I completely understand your frustration–
you selected what you thought would be a styled template but got a plain form
instead. Basic templates focus on functionality rather than visual design, which
can definitely be confusing if you’re expecting something more polished right
   away.
 * We’d love to understand better what would make this clearer:
    - What design elements were you hoping to see when you selected the template?
    - What would have helped you know upfront that additional styling was needed?
 * The great news is that we have several ways to help you create the beautiful
   form you’re looking for:
 * **1. Quick Button Styling** Since you’re using a simple email signup form, you
can instantly improve its appearance using our built-in button style options (
   see [screenshot](https://prnt.sc/WIC1mtaewgOy) for reference).
 * **2. Custom CSS Support (Free!)** For more comprehensive styling, custom CSS
gives you complete control. If there is a CSS conflict that breaks the styling,
our team can help you providing Custom CSS. _Simply reach out through [our support portal](https://wpmanageninja.com/support-tickets),
describe the design you envision, and we’ll get back to you with an update. _Our
support team would love to help!
 * **3. Visual Form Styler (Pro Feature)** If you prefer a code-free solution, our
Pro version includes an intuitive visual styler. With simple clicks, you can
customize colors, fonts, spacing, and more – delivering that “beautiful template”
   experience you were originally seeking.
 * We genuinely want to make sure you get exactly what you need. Would you be open
to letting our support team help you style your form? We’d be happy to guide
you through any of these options.
 * Thank you
