Too much error when WP_DEBUG is true | ww.wp.xz.cn

I’m on localhost in a WP Dev. Environment, in page: wp-admin/options-general.php?page=simplr_reg_set

Look at the errors here and there:

I’m using WAMP 2.1 | PHP 5.3.5.

In admin panel, a constant error coming to debug log is:

NOTICE: C:\wamp\www\project_folder\wp-content\plugins\simplr-registration-form\simplr_reg_page.php:252 – Undefined property: stdClass::$mod_on

Please update fix this with a new version or at least provide the answer so that we can fix ourselves. Live sites with debug errors are messing with error log, you know. I’m using WP 3.8.1, and SURFP Version 2.2.5.
