# Too much loading time

 * After update the Picasa API to Google Photos API, the time to load is too much.
 * In the other hand, the “Load More” button works sometimes, maybe the active zone
   is not the large of the button.

 * Question: why are you using 14 different shortcodes? That is the reason it is
   taking you so much time. The way you have it currently set up is making 14 separate
   requests one after the other, which means that 14 separate calls are going out
   from your site to Google, and this is what is taking the time rather than any
   issue within Photonic.
 * You can display all album thumbnails with a single shortcode instead of 14, and
   that will speed it up a lot.

 * I using 14 different shortcodes in order to display the albums in 4 columns becase
   if I put single shortcode the albums will display in 1 column.
 * Can I display my albums with a single shortcode in 4 columns?

 * You mean you want to order the albums by creation date? Google’s API does not
   support the ordering of albums or photos, so there is no such capability in the
   plugin either.

 * Not by creation date because Google Photos don’t let me update this date… I want
   order by other criteria.

 * Sorry, this is not possible. As I wrote in the above, Google doesn’t support 
   any type of ordering.
