 * In the visual editor, the toolbar dissapears. When scrolling the tool bar follows,
   but dissapears when i try to go to it.
    Keyboard users:** When you’re working
   in the visual editor, you can use Alt + F10 to access the toolbar.** ALt+f10 
   does not bring the tool bar back. It very frustrating when trying to add hyper
   links, bold, color, ect.
