# Toolbar Button

 * Just installed this plugin. Where can I find the toolbar button in visual mode.
   I can see it in text mode but not in visual mode. I am using TinyMCE Advanced–
   could this be the problem? Are there any compatibility issues? Would appreciate
   your help.

 * Yes, I saw your screenshots before. However, the button is not coming up for 
   me.
 * I have quite a few plugins. The only way to test it would be to deactivate each
   plugin one at a time, which I can’t really do as I am running a live site.
 * So I suppose I’ll have to use your plugin the hard way by coding it manually 
   in text mode, unless you can suggest anything else.

 * If it were me, I’d create a local development copy of the site so you can test
   things without affecting production. But yeah, short of turning off plugins one-
   by-one I couldn’t tell you which one.
 * You can try changing the TinyMCE filter setting in Dashboard > Settings > Insert
   Pages. You’ll see a few identified plugins there that we’ve created workarounds
   for.

 * Changing the TinyMCE filter setting to ‘Use compatibility method’ fixed the problem.
   I can now see the button.
