 * Following your documentation for hooking custom post types looks very simple
   and makes sense, but it doesn’t work with [Toolset CPTs](https://toolset.com/documentation/programmer-reference/toolset-hooks/).
 * Tried:
   [https://www.wpgraphql.com/docs/custom-post-types#filtering-an-existing-post-type](https://www.wpgraphql.com/docs/custom-post-types#filtering-an-existing-post-type)–
   experimented a bit with different hooks, priority, and single/plural CPT slugs
   and titles.Result: Not showing in IDE.
 * The possible issue may be that I can’t find that hook using query monitor on
   the any post from the CPT I want to hook into. Please tell me there is a simple
   work around. I don’t want to have to get too hacky with Toolset, it’s very old,
   very outdated, and we’re planning drop it in the next phase of updates, but if
   I can use it right now it will save me a ton of work.

 * [@genopeppino](https://wordpress.org/support/users/genopeppino/) this sounds
   like perhaps Toolset is doing something different than standard WordPress post
   types and you might need to hook into their plugin differently to play nice.

   It looks like some folks have explored bridging toolset with WPGraphQL. You might
   be able to use this plugin, or find inspiration from its code: [https://github.com/zaantar/toolset-wp-graphql](https://github.com/zaantar/toolset-wp-graphql)
