# Tooltip display problem

 * good evening everyone, I have a question, how do I have the tooltip open by default?
   Thanks for your help.

 * Please have a look in the WordPress dashboard under _Open User Map > Settings
   > Help & Getting Started > URL Parameters_.
 * Basically you can add a parameter to your page url like ?markerid=123 to load
   the page with the map. This will then automatically focus and open the location

 * thank you so much for your answer, it worked, but what if I wanted to show multiple
   tooltips open in the same map?

 * This is not possible. Only one tooltip can be open at a time.
