From my inspection, you have another plugin that has an option for Swatches. On your current setup, that plugin is displaying the swatches. Our plugin is not applied to the swatches.

For your information, you can’t use two Swatches plugins on the same site. You can check the plugin settings if they have any options to disable their swatches or not. If so, disable that and try again.
