# Top Layer Header help

 * I have multiple wordpress sites and have created a multisite Navigation bar. 
   Is there a way to put the bar as a floating top layer, so it sticks to the top
   of the page while scrolling and doesn’t interact with any of the other elements
   of the page? Currently when I add the Navigation bar to the header.php, it messes
   with the layout of the page. I need help on this asap please.
