While checking our home page, I noticed that the Top Posts & Pages widget in the sidebar is no longer displaying the top posts in the grid view (a 2 x 3 grid in my use case) we’ve set. Not sure what’s going on or if there is some sort of glitch in the widget.
Suggestions and ideas to resolve this issue please.

I checked your site ; the CSS used to style that grid isn’t loaded on the page for some reason. Do you use a caching or performance plugin that may impact how CSS is loaded on your site? Do you also use code snippets to impact how CSS is loaded within the Jetpack plugin?
We are not using any caching or code loading modification plugins on the site. (We do use Cloudflare but have made no recent changes, if it matters.) From what I can tell, there is no reason that the jetpack css shouldn’t be loading. It just stopped working a day or 2 ago without any changes made to the site.
Something else I just noticed today that could be related.. The jetpack img gallery options, tilerd, column, slider, etc isn’t showing up when you create a new gallery.
Not a happy user here.
UPDATE: Now, the Jetpack additional widgets are completely missing and breaking the website.

This is an odd one. It seems like either some of the plugin’s files are missing, or some of the features were deactivated.
Could you try to deactivate and delete the plugin, and then install it from scratch? You’ll have to configure the plugin again in Jetpack > Settings, but hopefully that will solve the problem.
I deactivated and reactivated and that seemed to bring the missing gallery / widget features back. It didn’t resolve the missing css. I will try complete removal / reinstall as a last ditch effort.
Since you do not use the Elementor plugin, the problem would be a bit different though. Do you use another specific plugin to manage the different widgets on your site?
In any case, I believe the work-around I mentioned there should work for you as well. Could you give it a try and let me know how that goes?
We are using a builder for that page, Page Builder by SiteOrigin. Not sure if it talks to WP when a widget is inserted into a block element or not.. but will copy that css into our custom css field and see what happens.
Will update after testing…
UPDATE: Adding the css seems to solve my issue.. SiteOrigin might want to know about this change as well.. :p
