# Topic Icon Plugin

 * I’ve started work on this very simple Topic Icon Plugin. I use it to add the 
   picture you see to the right of each entry in my blog. When I used MovableType,
   I inserted all the topic icons by hand, but I found that it’s much easier in 
   WordPress.

 * Cool, now if only we had a directory with images, one per category, and a way
   to have those displayed without using a custom field 😉
    But really, this is

 * To Do:
    - Verify the graphic exists first.
    - Add code to get the size of the graphic from the file and put height and width
      attributes on the img tag.
    - Automatically pick a graphic if one is not specified?

 * Haven’t decided how to handle multiple categories.
    I’ve also added one more 
   thing to the to do list:
    - Don’t create a topic icon if the topicicon field = ‘none’
