    - The url for the forum of the purchased product
    - A hotline email for the purchased product
    - I am well aware that this is a forum for the Lite version of Frontend Post
      Submission Manager, however, if you cannot provide a solution, could you please
      respond by indicating that you are unable to deal with the issue.
