 * It can track files that you change using the “Tools » Edit Themes” page and “
   Tools » Plugin File Editor” page. If you edit files directly on the server it
   is currently not shown in the logs.

 * What about other files like media or file downloads?

 * Media edits done in wp admin are logged. File downloads are not tracked, normally
   files added are downloaded directly from the server so we can’t hook that.
