 * I would like another explanation for trackbacks. I am trying to understand this
   in my thick head. Please do not refer me to the wiki links or outside these forums
   unless the source is incredible, I have already read those.
    main purpose/s? 
   step by step for dummies, how to use them? Is trackback in version 1.2.1 working

 * If they do not work on your site (have you tested them?) I cannot tell you why.
   You’ll just have to try the various “fixes” posted here – these are what others
   have found to work for them and may or may not work for you.

   so we just don’t know.

 * How do I test whether trackbacks work on my site? I don’t want to test it using
   someones elses blog. I am new to this so have no blog friends that would not 
   mind. can someone help me. Thank you!
