# Tracking data missing

 * I was testing and comparing free versions of BetterLinks with URL Shortify and
   also comparing them with Matomo visitors log. First of all I prefer the free 
   version of BetterLinks much more than URL Shortify, much cleaner and nicer overall
   but functionality is pretty much the same.
 * PROBLEM:
 * Both BetterLinks and URL Shortify encountered exactly the same issue. From 4:
   53 to 5:28 there is 30 minutes of data missing!! Matomo visitors log has 6 records
   that BetterLinks and URL Shortify should have! So both have 6 records missing
   and/or 30 minutes of data missing.
 * Any idea what could have gone wrong?
 * SUGGESTION:
 * Allow search on analytics page to find IP data, that would be greatly helpful.
