Title: Tracking doesn't work Last modified: August 22, 2016 --- # Tracking doesn't work * [rocketeer76](https://wordpress.org/support/users/rocketeer76/) * (@rocketeer76) * [11 years, 7 months ago](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/tracking-doesnt-work-1/) * I have the tracking check boxes checked: * Track opens Track clicks * But in the Mandrill dashboard and also within my WordPress install no opens and clicks are shown. * In the Mandrill dashboard it says: “There’s no tracking data for the selected criteria.” * In my WordPress dashbord it says that all emails are unopened. However the deliverability is 100%.
