 * I keep getting this error message from MonsterInsights:
 * **We noticed you’re using a caching plugin or caching from your hosting provider.**
   Be sure to clear the cache to ensure the tracking appears on all pages and posts.
 * My cache is through 10WebBooster. I’ve cleared it from there, as well as from
   my hosting provider’s dashboard (which is Hostinger), and from my Chrome browser.
   I even cleared the DNS from my Windows 10 computer via Command Prompt.
 * I don’t think there’s a problem with my caching, yet the message keeps popping
   up. I have right-click disabled on my site, so if you need admin access to check
   out the problem, please let me know.
 * Thanks.

 * Hi [@amberdaultonauthor](https://wordpress.org/support/users/amberdaultonauthor/),
 * Thanks for reaching out.
 * MonsterInsights proactively monitors if your Google Analytics is tracking correctly
   on your website after authentication. The message you’re seeing is usually triggered
   when there’s something preventing tracking from properly loading.
 * Since you’ve ruled out cache, out of curiosity, does 10WebBooster have some sort
   of script optimization feature? If you’re able to exclude MonsterInsights scripts
   from being deferred or delayed, that message should disappear. This will allow
   MonsterInsights and Google Analytics to load right away and help make sure your
   Analytics are as accurate as possible.
 * I hope this helps, but let me know if you have further questions.
 * Thanks!

 * Thanks for your message. Yes, I was able to exclude MonsterInsights from being
   detected by my 10WebBooster cache. That error message went away, but a new one
   popped up. It says:
 * **We have detected multiple tracking codes**! You should remove non-MonsterInsights
   ones.
 * So I went into Troubleshooting and disabled all the plugins, except Health Check.
   Then I enabled MonsterInsights, and the above message popped back up. I don’t
   see how that message returned when MonsterInsights was the only plugin enabled.
   Please advise.
 * Thanks!

 * Hi [@amberdaultonauthor](https://wordpress.org/support/users/amberdaultonauthor/),
 * I’m sorry for the wait here.
 * I checked your site and I believe the trigger for the multiple tracking codes
   message is coming from the optimization, as I can see there is a “two_worker_data_js”
   script that contains a Google Analytics measurement ID reference. Here is a screenshot:
   [https://a.supportally.com/i/cNufRY](https://a.supportally.com/i/cNufRY)
 * That being said, this doesn’t seem to be causing duplicate tracking, in which
   case it’s a false positive.
 * Let me know if you have further questions.
 * Thanks!

 * Is there a way for me to remove this “two_worker_data_js” script, or since it’s
   a false positive, can I at least remove the warning message from popping up in
   Health Check? Thanks!

 * Hi [@amberdaultonauthor](https://wordpress.org/support/users/amberdaultonauthor/),
 * For the MonsterInsights notice in Tools » Site Health to be resolved, the extra
   identified instance will need to be removed. I’m not very familiar with what
   is inserting “two_worker_data_js” unfortunately, but my guess is that it’s coming
   from the optimizations applied by 10Web Booster.
 * If disabling the 10Web Booster plugin doesn’t help resolve the message, our team
   would be happy to take a closer look at things if you could reach out to us at
   [https://www.monsterinsights.com/get-help/](https://www.monsterinsights.com/get-help/).

 * I enabled Troubleshooting again, and the error message was still up with only
   Health Check and MonsterInsights enabled.
 * I’ll contact your team.
 * Thanks.
