# Tracking link doesn’t work

 * I really love the free version of AST!
    But I have a small problem: the generated
   tracking link in the email is not working. How can I solve this?

   on our documentation.
    make sure its synched, check that other links from the
   email are working, you can also deactivate all plugins and keep AST and WC and
   try again
