    can you disable temporary all your plugins and see if the issue persists?

 * I’ve disabled everything except AudioIgniter and unfortunately the issue was 
   still occurring

 * Ok thanks for the update. Let me know if there’s anything else I can do to help.
   I do software testing professionally so I don’t mind installing an alpha version,
   sending logs etc if need be.
