In our list of orders, all sales (except for failed and pending) all say processing. They never chance to complete. Any help here?
Processing is the correct status for a paid order. Completed is used for indicated that an order has shipped when shipping physical products or preparing virtual products. This status is manually marked, as it sends emails to customers.
If you’re selling virtual/downloadable products, orders will complete automatically.

If you’d like to auto-complete all orders, I would recommend checking out Order Status Manager.
