I’m getting this error when I process the payment on the checkout page: Transaction rejected because the lookup on the supplied token failed.

Apologies for the delay. That error typically occurs when our plugin’s JavaScript is unable to run correctly, so the card details are unable to be tokenized. I solved the issue. It was a conflict with this new plugin: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/pixel-caffeine/

You might want to contact them so they can provide a fix in their next release.
