The request failed, with a 5xx error. A few seconds later, I was able to access to the admin panel again. From the listing view, I could now see that all the orders I just bulk updated had the status “On hold”. * From now on, any of my attempts to change the status of one of these (classic or bulk), to Completed will fail. * The only thing I can do is to set them as Processing. then as soon as I try to move them to Completed, these get back to on Hold. * One thing interesting, is that when something goes wrong, I can see from the Order notes the following message “Transaction status is undefined. Unable to settle. Order status changed from Completed to On hold.” The, right after: “Order status changed from Processing to Completed.” Still, the order remains as On hold * I already read [this topic](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/woocommerce-order-stuck-on-hold/), which relates a similar issue. But we don’t use PayPal… * Can you help me sorting this out, and get my orders to Completed. Have you updated your WordPress and PHP versions as suggested previously and checked if the issue persists? * I’d also suggest running a test to rule out any conflict issues with your theme or another plugin.
