# Transactions Stalling No Clear Errors

 * Currently set on test. Transactions stall with the following error:
    `Failed 
   to load resource: the server responded with a status of 500 (Internal Server 
   Error)` No idea what it is calling. It was working earlier in the month, not 
   sure when it stopped. You just get a white screen. I also get this error: `[Error]
   Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 400 () (verifications,
   line 0)` I am very confused… Further investigation on the forums here I only 
   modified the title and address of the results page. I have the shortcode as follows:`[
   accept_stripe_payment_checkout]`

 * Are you saying PHP Curl was not enabled? Or PHP Curl was not configured properly
   after a server update?

 * CPanel is being used, when upgrading to a newer version of php in EasyApache 
   curl wasn’t enabled/configured.
