# Transational e-mail problems

 * Hello,
 * I have the following problem: when I active the Sequential order numbers for 
   woocommerce Plugin, the transational e-mail at the end of the orders doesn’t 
   works.
 * The status log shows this error:
 * “CRITICAL Transactional email triggered fatal error for callback wp_mail”.
 * If I deactivate the plug in, the error goes away.
 * How can I do?
