# Transfer issue

 * So I transferred one wordpress site so far to a new server using the following:
 * 1. Fully backed up my files via FTP and backed up my dbase.
    2. Changed DNS to
   new server 3. Used IP and FTP to transfer files. 4. Used a program called MySQL
   Backup to Another. This program theoretically transfers all tables and data.
 * I have completed the process and everything is there, but my posts are showing
   as unpublished while showing on the actual site. They are also not referencing
   their original date/time post and are showing as current date/time.
 * What happened?

 * Do not know that Mysql program. Why not follow this exactly as written?
