 * I just moved from wp.com to a self-hosted solution, and i was wondering how to
   bring with me my 4000+ followers.
 * From the threads i read it’s something the wordpress team should be doing, i 
   emailed them but no answer for now, do you have any idea how i can do it?

 * You will need to contact the folks over at wordpress.com about this. They can
   transfer your followers over to your new site. We can’t. Try [http://en.forums.wordpress.com/](http://en.forums.wordpress.com/)
