 * Hope you guys are doing well, just to find out, we are planning to move to another
   hosting service – How do I go about transferring the courses that was already
   made?
 * I use updraft plus to backup my wordpress – should I backup the tutorlms database
   myself or is there a specific way of doing this?

 * You can migrate your website as normal migration. There is no need to do anything
   extra for Courses.
 * You can use updraft plus or any of the plugin which migrates/backups the WordPress
   website normally
