# Transferring wordpress.com to wordpress.org

 * I transferred my website Portlandthyme.com from wordpress.com to wordpress.org.
   I’ve established bluehost and downloaded wordpress onto my cpanel and got confirmation
   today from wordpress.com that my account registar has been transferred to bluehost.
   However, when I log into my cpanel through bluehost and attempt to access my 
   site through my installed wordpress it takes me to my wordpress admin for my 
   wordpress.com site. I know this because there it no plugin feature.
 * What am I doing wrong? Why don’t I have a fresh website through wordpress.org
   if everything has been successfully transferred?

 * I’ve pointed my servers to bluehost and confirmed this.
 * I deleted my browser history and cookies, but when I login to my website under
   wpadmin I am directed to my website that appears to still be functioning as a
   wordpress.com. I can tell it’s still connecting to wordpress.com because I can
   still see my original website content and I never transferred any of my content
   from wordpress.com to wordpress.org, I also don’t have plugins available.

 * shows a generic page at Mojo marketplace. But since you just recently changed
   the nameservers, it’s possible they aren’t fully propagated across the internet
   yet. Although this looks pretty good:

 * Try another browser – see if that works for you.
