 * Set up.
 * Form
    sends to mark a7 mrtuner.com signs in to smtp server – howtotunepianos.
   com – hosted on bluehost.com mark a7 mrtuner.com forwards to mrtunerservice a7
   gmail.com
 * Log shows emails sent
    Sometimes they arrive, sometimes they don’t.
 * Not in spam
    Not in mrtuner inbox
