Transitions not going through

Hi,

When i try to place an order through a EDQP plugin for barcleys i get the following error:

and the URL reads:

It occurs after i press checkout on here:http://79.170.44.85/tennisfocusacademy.com/checkout/

any ideas?

i don’t know my order number as my boss ordered it originally.
