I’m not sure I understand.
You need to translate one label on your website.
But you don’t have any translation plugin installed ?
You may have to speak to the theme support if it using a .po file :

As you can see it’s already translated from English to Arabic. The label “Positions” is now called “موضع”
I just want to change “موضع” to another word.
Please, keep in mind that it’s better to open your own topic if you need any help.
