Hi, I’m looking to translate the “Always active” string in the cookie banner preferences for functional cookies using WPML String Translation, but can’t find it. All other strings were translatable no problem. Could you point me in the right direction? Thanks!

    Best, T.

    Hi @tinareisweb,

Please try navigating to WPML > String Translation, look for the notice “Can’t find the strings you are looking to translate?”.

Select the Complianz GDPR plugin and let WPML scan the plugin for translations.

Now search for Always active once more under String Translations, which should now appear as a translatable string.

    Hope it helps!

    Hi Jarno,
I tried that already, no luck unfortunately! It comes up with nothing for me. I also tried to track the strings as they are loaded on the page, then opened/closed the banner a couple of times, nothing…

Any other idea? Should I contact WPML?

    Best,
    Tina
