# Translate Mail Template

 * it is possible to translate the mail templates. I have a page in three languages,
   the ticket page is displayed in the respective language, but the mail template
   is always sent in the language stored.
 * I hope you can help.

 * Unfortunately that is not possible. Even if you could, one issue is that there
   is no way to know which language to use when sending an email to the user.
 * However, if you are willing to set the language on a user by user basis you can
   try our rules engine (premium add-on) that allows you to set up multiple email
   templates and send them out to designated users. But, even so, if you have a 
   lot of users then it becomes a performance issue since you’ll have to evaluate
   hundreds or thousands of rules just to figure out which email to send.
 * An alternative is to do what many manufacturers do – they create one document
   with all the instructions in multiple languages. So maybe you can create three
   sections in your emails – one for each language.
