 * Is it possible to make the Description field for themes and plugins translatable?

It doesn’t look right when everything is translated and the descriptions are
   in english.

 * If I understand the info here [http://codex.wordpress.org/File_Header](http://codex.wordpress.org/File_Header)
correctly then plugin descriptions CAN be translated by adding “Text Domain and
Domain Path” into the file header block.
 * I could not find anything on how to do the same thing for themes.
    Is it actually
possible to translate the description in themes?

 * I don’t think it’s possible for themes at the present time.
