 * Hello!
    I tried to translate the plugin for a long time before I loaded the function:`
   load_plugin_textdomain( 'subscribe-to-comments', false, dirname( plugin_basename(
   __FILE__ ) ) );` into my theme functions file. It think it means that this function
   doesn’t execute in the plugin file.

 * But this manipulation doesn’t help to translate the title of the Comment Manager
   page, instead of deleting it in database (after searching by “stc” post type)
   and creating newly. I had to rename it in the database.
