• Hello,

I’ve checked the multilingual option and then translated the strings in WPML. Unfortunately while on the polish version of the website I still see the English version of the plugin. Maybe you could help me in troubleshooting this issue?

    Regards,

    Hi Grzegorz,

Do you have multilingual compatibiltiy mode enabled? If you want to translate strings with WPML it should be enabled. Otherwise, the strings should be translated in the admin panel under Customization Options.

    Hi Blaz,

Yes, it is enabled. So the translation of the strings was disabled in your plugin. I translated them in WMPL, but on the Polish version of the website, it displays the English version of the plugin.

Another issue with the plugin that I have, after rating the post with 5-stars it asks users to “follow us on social media”. It is a very good option, but it shows also a button for “reddit” which was left blank (we don’t use it), so the button should not appear on this menu.

    Hi Grzegorz,

Sorry for my late reply. What about trying with Loco translate plugin? I haven’t tested with WPML but I do test each release with Loco translate plugin. As for the social widget, you probably have “Show social share links” enabled. If this feature is enabled social share links are shown instead of links to you social media pages. Specific social share links can be removed with the rmp_social_links filter. See more about this in the documentation.

    Hi,

thank you for your reply. I don’t want to have two translation plugins installed due to possible performance issues. I tried to fight this issue on my own without success, so I decided to switch your plugin to YASR. It doesn’t have such a nice functionality as your plugin, but there are no translation issues with WPML.

    Regards,
    Grzegorz
