Translation issues (german)

Hi,
first of all thank you for the great plugin. We just migrated from “Ultimate Recipe” without any issues. One strange thing though:
Some of the front end items are in english instead of german.
E.g. “Print”, “Ingredients”, “Instructions”, “Servings” and “Notes” are in english
“Gericht”, “Land & Region” etc. is in german correctly.
Now: If I check loco translate those incorrect terms are translated correctly, but just do not display right.
It does not change if I change the template mode from “modern” to e.g. “classic”.
I tried several combinations without success.
The site is configured to be german and it works with all other plugins.
Any idea?
