 * Hello dear support team,
 * I use Ally on my website and am generally very satisfied – thank you very much
   for the helpful tool!
 * However, I am currently experiencing two problems:
 * TranslatePress: I use TranslatePress to translate my site, but unfortunately
   the contents of Ally cannot be translated with it or are not displayed in the
   translated versions.
 * Wave Report: When testing accessibility with the Wave Report, a tab index error
   is displayed which appears to be related to Ally.
 * Are there any known solutions or workarounds for these two issues? I look forward
   to your feedback and support.
 * Kind Regards!

 * Hi!
 * We are currently aware of a known issue and are actively working to resolve it
   as quickly as possible.
 * Users can still translate the website using their browser. However, when the
   language is changed via the switcher/WPML button, the plugin loses its connection,
   resulting in the widget ceasing to function in other languages.
 * At this moment, I do not have an estimated time for the fix, but please rest
   assured that we are prioritizing this issue.
 * I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

 * I also noticed a problem using Ally with TranslatePress.
   The Ally widget only
   appears on the main language and there is no way to show it with any other language.
   I did some testing and it’s due to the Elementor account check: the plugin seems
   to work only with the base url.

 * Same issue – Ally doesn’t work/show on alternate translated pages. Really a miss
   here to not have it work with the Translate Plugin on alternate pages.
