I’m afraid that the problem doesn’t relate to the theme. It’s the image itself. Try to erase the white area using Photoshop or other image editing software which you prefer.

Thank you for your answer, i already did what you said before, i made lots of different logos without any white spots when I’m checking it in photoshop or other softwares, but unfortunately when i’m using it as a logo it shows like that !!!
I just use the photo that you recommended but if you check still i have the white spots
Ok, I found the problem by myself, there re two places to upload the picture for logo that you guys have to upload the same picture on them otherwise you are going the see the white spots on your logo which those places are in:
Theme options/Site header
and
Theme options/Logo options
