# Trash folder issue

 * Dear Support,
 * I am unable to delete any file or folder. Itis giving an error message saying“
   Unable to create folder””. Target folder “Trash” not found.
 * In the folder hierarchy, the Trash folder is showing, but if I click that it 
   is giving error message “Unable to open “Trash”. Solder not found.”
 * Please help…

 * Apologies for the inconvenience.
 * We have checked the issue and it seems the .trash folder is missing. To create
   a .trash folder you need navigate to the root directory of your wordpress installation
   and then navigate to wp-content > plugins > wp-file-manager-pro > lib > files
   and create .trash folder inside it.
