Update: as far as I can figure out how Translatepress works, it does not create new posts and pages that function as translations but it stores individual strings as translations.
This sitemap plugin can only create sitemaps based on actual pages/posts that are present in the database. Just like the WordPress core sitemap, it is not aware of addition languages in Translatepress and does not create additional sitemaps to match these languages.
So I cannot say the plugin is compatible. but also not that it is incompatible. The regular sitemap continues to work fine.
