# Trigger not occurring

 * I am using Zapier (trigger order paid) to send orders to my database in Airtable.
 * Despite all orders following the same or similar process. 1 in 5 fail to be triggered
   and sent to Zapier but there is no correlation between the errors and I cannot
   understand why or how to fix it. They’re different products, on different days,
   different times, all show paid in Orders and no ‘sent to Zapier’ note.
 * Can anyone help please!
