I went to my site to test it out, replied to a topic, and then it took 15 seconds to trigger after the page finished loading. I tested it three times, and had the same result each time. It was a hard thing to figure out what a good time period would be while building it, and yours is the first feedback I’ve seen about the timer. * I’m waiting on WordPress 3.8 ([https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/25073](https://core.trac.wordpress.org/ticket/25073)) to be able to improve this elegantly, but before Christmas, I will try to spend some time to see if I can hack some sort of solution together.
