    I installed a “required plug in” for EU data protection one month ago,
   and trying to access the site today, this is what happened. Any ideas?

 * That means that you have a script somewhere that is being declared twice. Which
   can’t happen. You need to remove the culprit and find an alternative.

 * This may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please attempt to disable all plugins,
   and use one of the default (Twenty*) themes. If the problem goes away, enable
   them one by one to identify the source of your troubles.

 * Hi, all! Thank you so much for answering! Is there any way to access the admin
   panel once I only do things on the web? Do I have to install WordPress on my 
   computer?
    It is not working at all. All information from our NGO is there, online.
   What to do? Thank you so much for helping!

 * You would need to delete the plugins via FTP from the wp-content/plugins/ directory.
