Trouble Activating License

    Hi there, I just purchased the Gold plan and tried to input the licence key into my wp config file but nothing has changed and I still can’t access the bulk offload tool.

    Additionally, there isn’t a ‘licence’ tab in the plugin settings even though it’s shown in your guide here – it’s missing for me.

    WP Offload Media Support Team here. Thanks for reaching out with your query, we would be happy to assist!

    It seems you are still using the Lite version of the plugin.
     
    When you purchased a license, you should have received an email with a link to download the latest version of WP Offload Media Pro.
     
    Another way to get the latest version of the Pro plugin is by logging in to your Account, then going to Licenses tab.

    Then, on the WP Offload Media box, go to the Downloads tab, and download the latest version of the plugin. (3.2.6).
